Portrait.
Last week LS2 started on drawing a portrait of ourselves! I am really proud of my drawing as I worked really hard. The tools I used drawing my portrait were Curve and Shapes. The shapes I used were circles and stars for the highlights of the eyes. For my drawing I also used colour picker to help me try get the exact colour's. Although in the end I am really proud of my work.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for coming to the MET offices today to share your expert knowledge with the group of teachers in the room. We were very impressed with what you are able to use technology for and how you could explain so clearly the steps we need to take to use these tools. The description on this post is super helpful because I have something to help me remember the steps. You did a fantastic job of creating a realistic image of yourself.
Well done.
I love that 500 Blog Posts badge too.

Thank you Nyjah for dropping into the Auckland #2 DFI this morning, it was really appreciated. I do hope that as well as leading the learning about drawing, you too learnt something?
ReplyDeleteKia ora Nyjah - what a fantastic teacher you were today. So very helpful and patient. Your expertise are obvious, I love your portrait and the detail and contour you have managed to use. I am still working on mine but feel very inspired by you, well done! I hope you're going to keep sharing your drawings.

Hi Nyjah it was a real pleasure listening to you delivering a very professional presentation on Friday, during our Digital Fluency session. The quality of your self-portrait produced using nothing but Google Draw shows that you clearly have a talent and an eye for detail, creating all those closed shapes. I think it's safe to say you have all the skills shortcuts weighed off. Very well done.

Hi Nyjah, I was very impressed with your portrait. The detail and colours that you used were excellent. This piece of art certainly has a WOW factor!
ReplyDeleteNylah, Wow! You did an amazing job with your google drawing of yourself. You were able to even add in some shading that wasn't in the original portrait. Very cleverly done. Well done.
ReplyDeleteHi Nyah
ReplyDeleteYour drawing has inspired me to make one of myself. That is quite an accomplishment as I am a very bad artist.
